Cancer is one of the major diseases and as a person ages, the chances of getting it are increased. But luckily a study published in Frontiers in Aging discovered combining a high-dose of vitamin D, omega 3, and a light strength exercise reduces cancer by 61% in healthy seniors aged 70 and above.
The vitamin D and omega-3 have similar rolls by suppressing the change in cancer cells from a normal cell, and exercise helps to decrease inflammation and improving the immune function. And with all that combined researchers observed a 61% reduction of cancer risk.
