- Over the past 30 years, I've had an active interest in understanding the human psyche, expanding consciousness and pursuing the spiritual and mystical. My curiosity in these topics has been perpetual, especially my passion for personal transformation and the body–mind–spirit connection. Over the years I've autonomously researched, studied and observed the work of many modern medical authorities in quantum physics, psychology, metaphysics and philosophy, in conjunction with meditation, mindfulness and spirituality. This knowledge along with personal life experience and intuition has led me on this path of service to others, for which I steadfastly devote time and energy and am most passionate about. My focus has been working with women however, my client base is gender-neutral. My process is holistic and integrative, addressing the ‘whole self’ – the physical, mental, spiritual and energetic self. I encourage my clients to delve below the surface, to reveal their truest authentic soul-self. Guiding them to ignite their own energetic guiding force that can bring about profound change and healing, accelerating their physical, emotional and spiritual potential.
