Description

 We sell what we use, what we love for everyday use —Hormone-friendly natural soap with a luxury cream that you will never go back to once you have tried real lather made with natural plant-based as well as vegan ingredients that clean and rinse off instantly without drying it out the entire body & hair to use for whole families.

“Lather We Love” soaps are made from scratch using a unique quality formula that has been tried and proven over since 2000 in Australia & world wide.

We have a vast range of variations of clays, and natural botanicals for exfoliating texture. We add no chemicals, phosphates, sodium lauryl sulfates or parabens that cause imbalance hormone.

In our hand-crafted soap, we use the cold process in which all our ingredients are mixed at a low temperature. This process retains all the natural goodness of the base oils and essential oils. 

Large quantities of natural glycerin are produced in the saponification process, which remains in the final bar of soap.

All our soaps are very long-lasting, produce an abundant creamy lather and leave skin feeling clean and fresh. 

“Lather We Love” soap does not strip your skin of its natural oils the way commercial products can. Try a bar of natural handmade soap and try for yourself. Our soap has to be experienced to be appreciated fully.

Shipping Policy

BUSINESS TRADING HOUR

 

Office hours Monday – Friday 9 am – 3 pm

 

Each year we close for annual wellness leave. June/July midyear closure for 2 weeks and December/January Christmas New Year closure for 3 weeks. Dates are advised via email to our customers.


SHIPPING

In most cases, orders are dispatched within a couple of days, but please allow 4 – 7 working days in the case of stock shortages, we will advise if there will be a delay of more than 7 days. Please remember that payment must be made before we dispatch any goods, so allow time for that as well.

Please be sure to make a note of minimum order requirements. 

  • 25g and 50g guest soaps minimum 2 packs
  • 100g soaps minimum order 8 soaps for small orders and orders over 100 soaps minimum of 5 per variety
  • full logs minimum of 4 and half logs minimum of 8.


PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.


Flight

Freight anywhere in Australia, flat rate delivery of $15 + GST. All freight is fully traceable until the order reaches its destination. We will do our utmost to ensure the best packaging possible, but we are not responsible while stock is in transit.


DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of soap being handmade and hand cut there can be weight variations of a couple of grams either side of the average weight of 100g.


CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

We can custom make requirements outside our standard range. Custom soaps need to be ordered in full log quantities of 48 soaps per batch. Pricing may vary from our standard range depending of alterations, additives, essential oil. Customised orders do not follow our regular turnaround time. Full payment is required before production, and as custom-made soaps are not standard stock lines, orders CAN NOT BE CANCELLED once production is commenced.

The minimum order starts from 100 soaps.


SOAP LABELS

100g soaps can be supplied with no label, standard picture label, or customised labels. Please be sure to advise label preference when ordering. Guest soaps are only available in pack quantities. Both 25g and 50g are not individually wrapped or labelled.

We can customise labels to suit your business. Initial set up fee is $30. Customised label service cost is 10 cents per label, minimum 5 per variety.

To set up your labels, we require that you send us your logo if applicable and/or any contact details that you would like on your label. Customised labels can be either standard picture label with your details. Labels measure 63mm x 38mm.


PRICING

All pricing is exclusive of GST. Please note that multiple orders cannot be accumulated to get the cheaper pricing. 

Refund Policy

REFUND

Receiving a refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a return label fee if applicable.


In the rare circumstances of freight arriving damaged, we require notification and photos be emailed to us with in 24 hours of receiving delivery. We can forward these details to the freight provider on your behalf.


If any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture, smell or weight. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.


To claim a refund or exchange, please submit a refund request form before returning any products. If returning because you’ve changed your mind, We will only accept products in their original condition and packaging.

NO REFUND 

  • Any duties paid for orders shipped overseas will NOT be refunded 
  • Custom Soaps will NOT be refunded
  • Any items that are damaged when we receive them will NOt be refunded

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return PolicyReturns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:For US returns:Go to returns.goop.com, enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned and click “Start A Return.” You will then receive an email from which you can access the Returns Center. Once you access the Return Center, please choose which item you would like to return and select the reason for return. Note: For returns from Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany or Italy – please reach out to customerservice@goop.com or call 1-844-WTF-GOOP, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST / 11am-8pm EST to have a return label issued.You will then be able to print a pre-paid shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to you package and take the package to a drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is USD$10 for US returns which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method (US orders only), please reference the return form on the back of your invoice for return instructions.
